Delphi method

The Delphi method is a structured communication technique, originally developed as a systematic, interactive forecasting method which relies on a panel of experts.

The next stage of the project is to use the Delphi method to verify the gathered tools. The Delphi method is a structured communication technique, originally developed as a systematic, interactive forecasting method which relies on a panel of experts. The experts will answer questionnaires in two rounds. After each round, a facilitator (CWEP) provides an anonymous summary of the experts forecasts from the previous round as well as the reasons they provided for their judgments. Thus, experts are encouraged to revise their earlier answers in light of the replies of other members of their panel. This procedure will be subject to each of the gathered tools, and the result will be a set of recommendations which will indicate quality assessment and rank of tool and the recommendation regarding the scope of learning that can be validated by particular tool.

Survey and plan has been created and developed which is necessary to verify the collected tools. Each partner has already selected two experts, their task will be evaluate collected tools.
