Update about the research phase in Bulgaria

We are positive that the project will have great added value on national level.

During the last few months Center RUNI was actively working on BEVIN project and the collection of 70 innovative tools for validation of non-formal and informal learning. The collection contains tools originating from Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Cyprus, Croatia and Hungary. The tools are covering various themes: IT sphere; sports; “soft skills”, caregiving, agriculture; tourism; elderly care; management and finances; entrepreneurship; ecology and so on.

The collection process was very challenging and required much time and human resources. The main reason for that is that the matter of validation and certification of competences acquired from non-formal and informal learning is really new in Bulgaria. There are still no regulations or strict definitions. Because of that we are positive that the project will have great added value on national level.
